Hayman's London Dry Gin

Description

Crafting spirits since 1863, Hayman's has used the same family recipe since day one. This gin pours clear and has aromas and flavours of citrus, juniper, spice, coriander and white flower. Medium-bodied and fruity, with a refreshingly crisp finish, this is ideal to pair with smoked salmon or use it in gin-based cocktails.

Tasting Notes

A blend of 10 botanicals are steeped for 24 hours before undergoing distillation on Marjorie, their copper pot still. The nose is complex and forward with floral, and orange zest notes over a spicy foundation; the palate is dry and very subtle, followed on mid-palate by sweet citrus and coriander.

Serving Suggestion

This is a perfect partner when mixed with tonic or in your favourite gin cocktail.
Try a Classic Martini:

2oz. Hayman's London Dry Gin
¾oz. Dry vermouth

Shake or stir all of the ingredients with ice and strain into a pre-chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with a green olive.
