Many new world wineries have found success blending Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruity and peppery Shiraz makes an excellent foil for Cabernet Sauvignon's minerality and rich tannic structure. This extra-dry red shows notes of smoky oak, plum and olive. Perfect in a Sangria or with grilled red meat.

Tasting Notes

Medium deep ruby red colour; aromas and flavours of dark cherry, chocolate, spiced plums and vanilla; dry, medium bodied, approachable tannins, long rounded finish.
